To Saint James Mortgage and Potential Home Sellers,
I am a real estate appraiser with over 10 years of real estate experience in Southern California. I really did not like the idea of a realtor (most of them with less knowledge of the local area than myself) to price my home for far less than it's worth and then taking a 5-6% commission.....thus....taking thousands of dollars away from me and my family (almost $30,000 saved with James Udall.... in my pocket). I had a pleasant and smooth experience working with James Udall and Saint James Mortgage and would recommend his company to anybody interested in selling a home ........even my own family.
James explained I was under no obligation to him and did not owe him anything for his services.....I didn't believe it .....but...it ended up actually being true. I was definately a sceptic at first as I don't trust many people when it comes to my money or assets (homes, buying a car, investing....etc...) James was on top of it and brought me more potential buyers to look at my home then I think any realtor in the valley could......Thanks James for all that you did.
